Zaytinya’s 6th annual Greek Easter festival kicked off today and runs until May 3rd. I’m a big fan of Head Chef Michael Costa’s Greek Egg which is a take on the popular UK Scotch Egg. He serves a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg in crispy loukaniko sausage and breadcrumbs on top of roasted garlic yogurt and sunflower sprouts. The loukaniko sausage is made from pork and seasoned with ingredients such as fennel seed and orange peel.
