PleatedJeans.com broke down some ugly stats of which each of our 50 states are known form. DC is caught between AIDS and Motorcycle Deaths... sounds about right. At least we're not North Dakota.

Whether it’s a fat population, high rate of STDs or excessive tax rate, it turns out that every state ranks dead last in at least one unsavory category.

#20. Maryland: highest rate of AIDS diagnosis (27.6 people per 100,000 people)
