Senior Property Manager
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Portfolio Manager to join an exciting, growing property and asset management company based in Washington, DC.
Applicant will have seven or more years of experience managing a conventional, multi-family, high-end portfolio. A Bachelor’s Degree and rehab/renovation experience is required.
Job responsibilities will include:
* Monthly financial review and variance reporting
* Annual budget preparation
* Managing property expenses to budget on a consistent basis
* Delivering the highest level of customer service
* Supervising property management, leasing & maintenance personnel
* Monitoring revenue expectations and identifying opportunities for growth
* Inspecting the physical asset and ensuring excellent curb appeal
* Marketing and leasing of apartments (in a lease-up environment)

Graphic Designer for a Realtor in the DC/MD/VA area
Hey guys, my mom has been in the Realtor business for quite a while but has never had a graphic designer to help her consistently churn stuff out and stay relevant to potential buyers/sellers. I’m an animation major and have done some graphic design stuff for her, but I’ve known for a while that she needs a dedicated designer for the efforts to really matter.
You’re job will be all marketing-based. Visual newsletters to send to her email list (eventually weekly/biweekly), brochures, creating calendars to send out, potentially a new business card, etc. Having a camera to assist in providing materials to these things would be a huge benefit, which is why being in the DMV area is a huge plus. It’s super important for all this stuff across the board to be visually cohesive.
All these jobs would be commissioned, payment either worked out based per job or based on hours… For now, if your interested, leave a comment of your portfolio, I’ll be the one looking at them.
